Valuable
Partnerships are imperative
Quote – “CAE
is not just about expertise in
engineering and technology disciplines.
As important from Transpower’s
perspective is CAE’s strong
focus on using its expertise
to contribute to the development
of public policy across a range
of areas. Transpower has supported
the work of CAE for a number
of years and values its association
with the people that make up
this important organisation”,
Wayne Eagleson, Communications
Manager, Transpower.
It is imperative
that CAE continues to have the
support of a wide range of New
Zealand organisations with a strong
national presence in the engineering
and technology arenas. Our ability
to demonstrate strong support and
involvement from a range of stakeholders
is critical to CAE gaining recognition
and credibility in the public mind
that the values and guiding principles
of CAE make good sense in today’s
world.
To this end CAE
has developed the CAE Partnership
Program which seeks to ensure CAE
has the flexibility to invest in
new programmes of work and, most
especially, to help inform and
educate New Zealand communities
about the contribution that engineering
and technology makes to social
progress and economic growth in
New Zealand.
